What a Session Looks Like

Each 90-minute session blends communication training, leadership development, and strategic thinking through chess. Students leave with clear reflection prompts and weekly habits to practice.

Who is this for?
Middle School (Grades 6–8) and High School (Grades 9–12) boys who want structured leadership development, stronger communication skills, and consistent accountability.
What is the schedule?
The cohort runs for 6 weeks starting Saturday, April 4th, 2026. Middle School meets Saturdays at 12:00 PM. High School meets Saturdays at 3:00 PM. Sessions are 90 minutes.
Where does the cohort meet?
Sessions are held in a Private Leadership Studio. The exact address and arrival/pick-up procedures are shared after enrollment is confirmed.
What will students actually do?
Each session combines guided discussion, communication drills, leadership challenges, and strategic thinking through chess. Students complete reflections, habits tracking, and a final leadership reflection.
Is there a hybrid option?
Yes. A limited hybrid option is available for families needing flexibility. Availability depends on cohort size and student fit.
What is included with enrollment?
Enrollment includes the full 6-week program, leadership materials, and a structured cohort experience. Parents will receive an enrollment form and session calendar after purchase.
How does enrollment work?
1) Select your cohort (MS or HS) and complete payment.
2) You’ll receive a Google enrollment form by email.
3) Once the form is completed, you’ll receive final confirmation and details.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are available prior to the first session. After the first session, enrollment is final due to limited seating and cohort planning.
What if my student misses a session?
Consistent attendance is important. If your student must miss, notify Justin in advance when possible. Make-up sessions are not guaranteed, but key reflections and materials can be provided.
Is this safe / supervised?
Yes. This is a structured program with clear expectations. Parents will receive drop-off/pick-up procedures, emergency contact requirements, and a code of conduct through the enrollment form.
